This policy explains what information PlanProtectBuild collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English.
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form:
Please do not send Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or any health information through this website. The form is not designed for that information, and we will never ask for it here. If your message appears to include an ID number, the form will ask you to remove it.
We use your information only to respond to your request and to follow up about the insurance topic you asked about, using the contact method you chose.
When you submit the form, your information is sent as an email to our business inbox using Microsoft Azure Communication Services. The website itself does not keep a database of form submissions. The email stays in our business inbox as a record of your request.
If you ask about Medicare plans, we may send you a Scope of Appointment form to sign electronically before we meet. Medicare requires this form. It is sent and stored through a separate secure system, not this website.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their marketing. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and deliver your message (listed below), or when the law requires it.
Each provider has its own privacy policy.
We would like to use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are helpful. These tools set cookies, so they load only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you click “Decline” or ignore the banner, they do not load.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you decline after accepting, we remove the analytics cookies from your browser.
Your browser also stores two small items to make the site work: your cookie choice, and a note that you have already seen the opening animation during this visit. Neither is used for tracking.
Some links on our flyers and ads include campaign tags (for example, utm_source) so we can tell which materials help. These tags are only read by analytics if you accept cookies.
This site links to other websites, such as HealthSherpa (for Marketplace health plans), Integrity (for plan comparison tools), and Medicare.gov. Those sites are not run by us and have their own privacy policies. Please review them before sharing information there.
The site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, collects only what is needed to respond to you, and does not store form submissions on the website. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just send a request through our contact form.
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
